Community Events, Fundraisers & Local Impact Across Nanaimo
Carly’s House Project & Community Updates
Providing a safe, welcoming home for families when they need it most.

Here is my why behind all of this: Every share, tag, and donation—whether $5 or $50,000—brings a smile to Carly’s face. It lets her know she is loved and supported, and right now, that means everything.
Every dollar brings us closer to opening our doors to cancer patients in active treatment and expecting mothers who need a warm, safe place to stay near the hospital with their families.
Where We Stand & How You Can Help
- Construction Update: Teardown is complete, and building is officially underway!
- $100,000 Donation Match: Real Estate Webmasters is matching the next $100,000 in donations. We need about $200,000 beyond that to fully build and fund operations.
- 100% Commission Donation: I am donating 100% of all my commissions earned through Carey Real Estate Group directly to the project. (If you’re buying or selling, we’d love to help!)
How to Support
Whether you donate funds, or contribute in-kind trade services, every bit makes a difference. Tax receipts are provided for all donations through the registered Nanaimo Hospital Foundation.
Thank you to everyone who continues to share, give, and lift Carly up!

Autism Lending Library
We’re happy to be the home of an Autism Lending Library on behalf of the Autism Society of Central Vancouver Island (ASCVI).

ASCVI is a non-profit, community-based group that supports families and individuals by providing information about Autism Spectrum Disorder. For four years, funds for the Lending Library were raised through our Walk & Bounce for Autism events.
The library has about 250 books, along with some games and DVDs. You’ll find great books for children, adults, parents, and teachers, covering a range of topics related to Autism and Asperger’s, and offering educational support.
