Okay, this is the very first video that

I'm recording to talk about the new SEO

feature that we've invented at Real

Estate Web Masters. It actually ties

together um this concept of like being

the Netflix of real estate that um we

sort of came up with with Ken Posek and

and Chris Kan. Um two really strong

video promoters in the real estate

space. Um we combined it. We actually

have this really awesome academy of real

estate web masters and we had this whole

video manager and obviously I'm going to

jump around a little bit here. AI is a

really big deal. SEO is a really big

deal in 2026. Doing SEO for AI, making

sure you can rank in AI is really

important. And um so we put together

this new feature, this new process, this

new platform. I don't even know what to

call it yet, but it's really amazing.

And this video is actually going to go

on that platform and you're going to

kind of see what it does. So, what

happens is, especially for really great

video creators, and I'm not like listen,

this is I'm sitting here in the dark in

the studio. Um, I'm definitely not a Ken

Pac or or Chris Kogan. Um, but the idea

is is there's a bunch of really amazing

video creators out there already. Um,

Rob Thompson's another one. Ryan Sirand,

Frederick Ecklund, like think about all

these people who are already wonderful

marketers.

and uh they probably don't focus on SEO

as much as they should. And one of the

big reasons they don't and one of the

big reasons a lot of realtors don't

focus on SEO is because you actually

have to create hyper local content as an

authority, right? Google has this thing

called E A T stands for experience,

expertise, authority, and trust. And so

Google loves content that is truly being

presented by an authority, right? And

it's one of the Achilles heel of SEO

companies is they really can't be you,

right? They can do a great job producing

content. We do as well. We have

professional writers. We write unique

content. But when it comes to truly

talking about anything, whether it's SEO

and video like I'm talking about now, or

whether it's local real estate, if you

really want to rank super well and you

want to be consistent, you want Google

to think that you're trustworthy, then

the content needs to come from you. But

a lot of realtors don't like to create

the content. you know, we get analysis

paralysis, we don't have time to write,

we don't think we're good writers, etc.

But so many of you are already really

good at video. And so that's the secret

sauce to this particular new feature.

You create a video and you do what

you're already doing well. And then

we'll take it. We'll take that video,

you upload it to YouTube, we'll take the

transcript. We're going to use some

prompt engineering. Obviously SEO is my

background. And so we've got a bunch of

prompts that we do behind the scenes.

That's part of the secret sauce. We know

how to do SEO really well. We take that

transcript, we transform it, and again,

you don't have to do anything. We do

this for you. We transform it into

SEOfriendly content that's ADA

compliant, accessibility compliant,

because we're going to produce the

transcript, and we're going to leverage

that content and all the great pieces of

information you share in that content.

We're going to post it to a page. We're

going to be able to make blog posts out

of it. We're going to get um special

rankings in the special pages for video.

And there's all kinds of other features

as well. There's a tagging system which

will allow you to do dynamic

interlinking with some programming time.

So you can like dynamically link

community videos to blog posts to

listings and things of that nature. Um

it's just super cool. I don't even have

it in front of me cuz I mean it's in my

office and I'm doing this fancy thing in

the studio which isn't that fancy. But

anyways, um I believe we can produce

better content together in onetenth of

the time for anyone who's already a

great real estate marketer who knows how

to do video. And so I'm super excited

about it. I'm going to publish this and

see uh if it if I can figure out how to

I'm not the video guy. I'm the SEO guy.

So usually I get the video already done

and uh I get the transcript already

sent. So, I'm creating one now for this

new tool and I'm actually going to

publish it to my website just to kind of

show you what it does and hopefully you

think it's cool. I'm going to be at

Inman in New York next week and so we're

going to be shooting some content. I'll

have Carly, I'll have Elelliana with me

and we'll use this feature and I'm going

to grab a bunch of content and I'm going

to show off this new feature. I'm going

to get some feedback and if 2026 you

want to rank better in organic Google as

well as Google Gemini which is their

version of AI as well as chat GPT this

is the ticket. So I'm really excited

about it. I'm really excited to be you

Estate Web Masters and um you know
