We Pay More — 10% More — Than Anyone Else for Referrals (2026 Initiative)

To help us break into the market and create meaningful partnerships, we’re offering 10% more than the standard referral fees typically paid in our area.

To make it concrete:

  • Standard referral fee: 25%
  • Carey Real Estate Group referral fee (2026 initiative): 27.5% (1.1 × 25%)

This is a strategic 2026 initiative — generous, competitive, and designed to build strong, long-term relationships with other Realtors.


And For Single-Deal Referrals? We Pay 50%.

Some of the most common referrals we receive are “single deal” referrals — situations where:

  • The client already knows exactly which property they want
  • The referring agent has a conflict of interest
  • Or the agent simply can’t write the offer due to agency restrictions
  • And all that’s needed is for someone to negotiate the deal and handle the paperwork

For those specific situations — where the property is already identified at the time of referral — we pay a full 50% referral fee.

A huge number of Realtors run into dual agency issues or sub-market work they can’t handle, and we’re the easiest, most profitable solution.

This is one of the highest single-transaction referral fee options in our market, and it’s designed to give agents confidence that their clients will be handled professionally, efficiently, and with full transparency.
